representatives log in, scan activation key barcodes, and assign
them to healthcare professionals (HCPs). HCPs then sign on
the phone screen to complete the process. This paperless
process allows sales reps to track key expiration dates and see
who has received keys, effortless and without any mistakes.
The app features multi-language support, location tagging,
and scans all the barcodes at once – making the process very simple and quick.
For management, the app provides a web-based admin panel
that offers comprehensive tracking and advanced reporting.
Managers can see how many keys each sales representative
has distributed and to whom, ensuring better oversight and
logistics.
The system includes features for importing and exporting data via CSV files and ensures real-time data synchronization with the iOS app. Additionally, the centralized report center consolidates all reporting and analytics, streamlining
operations and improving efficiency.
